Description:

Built in 1925 by the Manitowoc SB Co,Manitowoc,Wi The hull was layed down as a rail ferry,but was changed to a self-unloader for the Reiss Steamship Co.470'x60'x31'She was allso the first twin-screwed self-unloader,and the first laker to have a cruiser stern.She was lenghtened 122' in 1948.Layed up in Toledo,OH at the end of the 1973 season, she was taken to Buffalo,NY and scrapped there in 1978 as showen at the scrapyard
