One of the last pictures of the legendary soviet DE-Tu-Passengership BALTIKA ex VYACHESLAV MOLOTOFF (1939-1956) inbound Warnemunde. The sister's ship IOSIF STALIN, identical to construction, reached before Hangö / Finland in German hands and was uplayed in Danzig (Gdansk) , towed 1946 to Tallin and scrapped .

Are you sure about the date of the picture? Shouldn't it be June 1986 rather than 1988? According to www.faktaomfartyg.com , the BALTIKA arrived at Gadani Beach for scrapping on March 28, 1987.
