Description:

The Crane Ship THIALF seen at the New Waterway on her way to the Heerema location at the Caland canal in Rotterdam-Europoort.
The tugs SMIT HUDSON and SMIT SCHELDE assisted at the front, the SMIT PANTHER and SMIT CHEETAH at the back, while the TEXELBANK was on the starboard side and the THAMESBANK on the larboard.

The subject looks huge at the photo, but that is nothing when compared to see it in reality. Really awesome! Higher than the biggest cruise ship I have seen here.

Great shot of the biggest crane ship! Always wanted to build a model of her but with my preferable scale she won't even fit in to the bathtub for initial trials, lol.

*Now waits for the Saipem 7000 to pass by*
