Scrapped in 1981, so she isn't exactly anywhere now!

Fred, ship photos don't get any better than this. Marvellous; and perfect weather for the crew too.
But what about that courtesy(?) flag?
The red, white and blue of France or what could it be??
Any ideas? (I know she is Norwegian).
