Personally, I think that there is a heaviness about the look of this ship which makes her appear a bit awkward. Whilst she does have some nice design aspects - the glazed areas above the bridge for example. However, the row of balcony cabins give the look of cutting the ship in half and they emphasise her lack of sheer. Certainly as modern cruise ships go she is one of the better-looking ones, externally. Her internal layout is another matter altogether.

When compared to her predecessor she is just as graceful from this photo angle.
