Anybody can explain the mistery of the IMO on the bridge?

Thank you guys for your help. On Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia (www.klasifaskiindonesia.com) I found now - thanks to your help - a detailed technical description of the vessel. Suggest NOT to delete picture for now until a picture of the whole ship is available. Rather a picture of half a ship than no picture at all. Once a better picture is available I do fully agree it should be deleted. Thanks again for your assistance Urs

Although the IMO 8113898 is on the bridge,Grostonnage states that this cannot be an imo number,it doesn´t respect the numerical rules of IMO numbers.

According to Miramar Ship Index it changed name to "Amami Fortuna" in 2002 and currently it appears to be under Amami Samudera Lines of Indonesia by web search with detail available to anyone who is a member of seaagent.com. I am not but maybe someone else is and can expand but that company does not agree with the funnel letters
