Because she is not cruise liner, but car - passanger ferry.

Adam,
You will see that I have listed her as a Passenger/RoRo/Cargo ship, on this occasion she was being used as a cruise ship from Harwich so whilst I agree that there should be checks on the categories I feel that this update was a bit over the top.
