The Vessel (so-called "Sormovskiy" type) has sunk today, March 6th, 2013 on 10:00 lt abt 12 miles off Danube delta. The crew (10 ukrainians and 1 russian) is reported to be fully rescued by Ukrainian Maritime Emergency rescuers, presently stay at Vilkovo (Ukraine, Danube river) for medicine treatment. The Vessel was proceeding with gypsum from Turkey to Kherson (Ukraine). The reason of sinking claimed to be strong leackage to ship's fore holds. Master claimed to have been trying to ground the vessel, however failed and Vessel sunk on approx 15 m depth. Information comes from local media.
