I think it is the KOLSKIY ZALIV, IMO 8620129, built Mathias Thesen, Wismar, in 1986. Only problem is that she was renamed SAN PAULO in 2004, so either the data of the picture is wrong or Miramar Ship Index is wrong here.

Name seems to be start with "KO..." and end on "ZALIV", a common suffix for Soviet/Russian reefers.
