| Glad you liked, she was in Auckland in 1970's to help the RNZN during the period from when Lachlan finished and Monowai's conversion was completed. |

| Hello Chris,Thank you for posting this photo. She was the first Australian warship I ever saw, She was always berthed at 10a in Fremantle with the old Cape Otway, the lighthouse maintenance ship. The Diamantina was always being altered on her after deck with all sorts of oceanographic gear, Regards, Brian |
