It is one of the 255.000 dwt tankers built at Hyundai for Maersk, World-Wide and Fina around 1998-1990 (One of which was the ill-fated "Maersk Navigator"):

This one has one added deck in the superstructure, which was a feature of the four Maersk sisters. All of these have since been sold on, and judging from the length of the name on the bow, the one in the above picture is the "Navarin" (ex "Nicoline Maersk"). She was delivered in January 1989 and is currently owned by Dynacom Tanker Management.
