| It is interesting to note how much this pic has been "cleaned up" compared to the original, as recently posted on Shipsnostalgia. On the original, there are lots of rust streaks along the waterline, a huge rust stain under the hawsepipe, and lines dangling from several places. |

| very interesting post, indeed, but this royal mail ship's profile suffered in her loss of the forward funnel, as did an earlier post of Georgic! mrdot. |
