Salut Xtian

Bonne année à toi aussi.

The panel door you're mentioning is the access door to the engine room. There is a crane just above it which allows for the loading of spare parts which go directly to the engine room. In the summer, the panel is removed to allow fresh cooler air into the spaces. The panel is in place here even if it seems removed. Prior to having her hull repainted in blue, she had a black hull livery. The panel was not repainted during her refit which gives the impression thet the panel is removed. It would have been quite chilly in the engine room if the cold air had been allowed in these spaces.
