Jewel of the Seas hit a powercable when entering Klaksvík, Faroe Isands this morning. A crew member was injured. Klaksvik was left without power for a few minutes.
On the map the clearing was 60 meters. The ship is ca. 54 m.. After the incident the cable was meausered to hang less than 60 meters above the water. 06 sep 2012.
