It would seem this is the submarine Vesikko, built in 1933 for the Finnish Navy as CV 707 by Crichton-Vulcan in Turku.
She sank one Russian vessel during WWII, and was disarmed and used for training after the war, in accordance with the peace treaty. In 1959 she was sold and moved to Susisaari Island for restoration, opening as a museum in 1973. She is the only surviving Finnish submarine. Regards, Kyle |
