She is the british "C" class cruiser
HMS Curlew, 1937.Converted as an AA ship.
2x4 inch guns were later removed, in 1940, when multiple pompoms were fitted.

What an interesting document. It looks more like a C Class cruiser after conversion to AA vessel. No idea which one.
