She is the British "County" class, (Kent "subclass"), heavy cruiser HMS Kent.
The County class were formed by three "subclasses"
a) Kent class: HMAS Australia, HMS Berwick, HMAS Camberra, HMS Cornwall, HMS Cumberland, HMS Kent and HMS Suffolk
b) London class: HMS Devonshire, HMS London, HMS Shropshire and HMS Sussex
c) Dorsetshire/Norfolk class: HMS Dorsetshire and HMS Norfolk
