Met M/V Ivi in the summer of 1980, at the Port of Three Rivers, Quebec, Canada…She was flying Greek flag and was registered at the Port of Chios.

Was serving as 3rd Mate onboard M/V Elmani, loading paper rolls, for Rio De Janeiro, Santos, Puerto Allegre…

She was almost a year old and the first “new” vessel I saw in my career…freshly painted from the yard!!!
