BUCKEYE is shown while sitting at the Erie Shipbuilding Yard in Erie, Pa, without its funnel at the stern, 4:31 p.m. 17 December 2005. The funnel had been removed the previous day in preparation for the BUCKEYE's conversion to an articulated tug-barge pushed by OLIVE L. MOORE.

Yes it is...and apparently, if all of Erie Shipbuilding's lined up barge conversions happen, it'll be where 3 more laters get cut down.
