Belated thanks for the reply Neil....wasn't aware of those cicrumstances re freight rates & charters.
Hmmm, good job there aren't hundreds & hundreds of new container ships & bulkers on order.
Doh!
Oh well, more will have to go to scrap in order to balance the books.

Hi, Rick, At present, there's a lot of ships either in warm lay up or waiting for orders at OPL East and West in Singapore, east of horsburgh and up the Malaysian coast. Times are hard and freights are low!
