Well spotted Mike, and can confirm it is Leixoes, Portugal. 'Ocean Wood' is berthed at the general cargo wharf on the Matosinhos side of the Harbour, which also happens to be the best side of the port to walk ashore from.
Matosinhos used to be a lively run ashore and the main street did cater for a seafarers every need!
I revisited there a couple of years back on a container feeder, 'HMS Goodwill', and there is now a very swish tram service running all through Matosinhos to Leixoes & Porto.

for me it looks like leixoes .i have an aerea photo
of the port and the tanks in the back are in one line with the pier like it's on this photo.
i have been there in the seveties and eighties for several times .very nice town for the seaman for dining and other entertainment ,all in walking distance.
