| The structure background is Podolsko-Voskresenskiy bridge in Kiev (Ukraine)uder construction. Photo was taken 8 days after accident, so I think the other side pontoon was taken away. For the photos before accident use the link in first comment by Denis |

Correct name - ZAKHARIY, LK-600 floating sheerleg.
