As I'm not a specialist, someone might know it. When I took the photograph, the OCEAN PEARL's Flag, which I could clearly see, was the Flag of Isle of Man, and home port written on the Yacht was also Douglas, Isle of Man. The database returns the UK Flag. As far as I know, Isle of Man is a British Isle but not part of UK. Any idea? Thanks Felix.

Tvtech, there is no opening at bow on water level. What you probably see is stainless steel reinforcemet under anchor pocket (and some reflection).

Anybody know why there appears to be an opening on the water level at the Bow of the ship?? With what appears to be stairs??

I am mystified

Her grey colors just suit her design. White color would not be appropriate.

Thanks for posting this unusual yacht design Felix...and a great shot it is as well..
Agreed Denis; certainly an ultra modern design (&, no doubt, price too). It appears to have a wrap-around, 180 degree bridge deck under that stylised superstructure, but I am not so sure about the restricted viz from those curving 'A' pillars leading to the prow. Bearing in mind that this luxury vessel will spend much of her life in the congested waters where the rich & famous hang out...However, as with all new fangled designs, they must pass critical inspection by the Classification Society and Insurers.
I certainly wouldn't turn down a week on board ;-)
Regards, Rick
