April 20, 2006 @ 1130 hrs. CSL LAURENTIEN downbound Welland Canal, clearing Old Guard gate; she will be berthing behind ALGOCAPE at the southeast approach wall to lock 7 (above lock 7). Motor for the south gate operation in lock # 7 has broken down, new one had to be installed. This has created delay for the entire traffic transiting Welland Canal.
