Shipowners never learn....(and shipbuilders and governments too)

And the bad part is,,it is all created by the same companies who created already the over capacity in the conteiner market. A lot container ship contract were converted to bulker contracts. Now the problem is there too. Ships were ordered for sake of the contract and re selling the contracts not to run them in the end, which needed to be done because the contracts on container ships nobody wanted anymore. Now the Bulker market goes down
