Hi Steve, yes unfortunately she comes now under the cutting torch, sad that she could not do good somewhere, times are probably over from small old coasters, no matter how good condition they are in.

Best Regards
Bendt

Hi Bendt, we meet again to shed a tear for another little ship that has sadly gone under the "Gas-Axe"..... Well before her time in my opinion....How can premature recycling be "Green"?
And thanks too Rick...I'll check out that link next....
Regards, Steve.

Hi Rick, yes it was an old lady, and she has done well, there was no defects about her, I let me tell that she got a new machine in 1989 so I think certainly she could have made a little bit more. Sad for such a nice little ship.

Best Regards
Bendt

Thanks yet again Bendt, for another excellent series of 'end-of-life'photos.
This beautiful little coaster has been so well cared for - unless there were some major defects I am surprised she didn't get sold on for further trading; but then again, she is 47 years young!
I caught her on the Kiel Canal three years ago:-
