Anyhow, this is a very good & interesting photo altogether.
I must admit, to much like the nice sailing yacht in the far background.
jadran on Sep 14, 2012 10:44 (8 months ago)
Only standard type lifeboats/davits can be available for this ship.
A Free-Fall Lifeboat launched from the only accessible upper deck would just crash & split in the water.
Terrible even to think!

Thanks for the dramatic shot India. Vehicle carriers are a most efficient way of transporting product from manufacturer to retailer. Customers and the auto industry benefit from that, and can thank all involved in the shipping industry.

I thought it should be on all ships.
Patagualino on Sep 14, 2012 00:55 (8 months ago)
India: Despite the rather negative comments regarding the ship itself, I for one appreciate the Photo.... Brilliant shot.
Denis: Sorry mate, MOB? Not with you on that one....?
Dеnis on Sep 14, 2012 00:49 (8 months ago)
Is it really so that she has no MOB? At least I can't find it.
Patagualino on Sep 14, 2012 00:18 (8 months ago)
Yeah..be nice guys..The best shape to contain a pair of shoes...is... a shoe box!!! And this one is full of little shoe boxes,
Must admit though: This ship is a bit of an insult to the right to be ugly.
And has it been proved that that lifeboat can actually be launched, other than in perfect weather conditions? That is some height.... You'd be better off with a parachute!
Magogman on Sep 13, 2012 23:14 (8 months ago)
Geez, be nice guys - the photographer went to all of the trouble to go to Aruba to seek out this fine nautical specimen. If I were in Aruba I would be seeking out something else.
Dеnis on Sep 13, 2012 22:52 (8 months ago)
With the amount of boring standard boxy ships that being build it's gonna be nothing to spot in the future.

"And my box is of blue color unlike yours :D "
SteKrueBe on Sep 13, 2012 22:45 (8 months ago)
One more sharpened shoebox.
jadran on Sep 13, 2012 21:24 (8 months ago)
This is simply a box ship without any boxes on her (and shall never have!).
