Well Ralph, you know the old saying often used on ships and in dockyards - Putty and paint makes the devil a saint- yes a little bit of colour makes all the difference.

Indeed Emmanuel, they are not too bad looking, but still quite squarish when seen in all-white livery like on the PACIFIC PRINCESS. The HAPAG-Lloyd livery makes these ships look a lot more elegant, thanks to the line splitting up the hull and superstructure, and the bright funnel colours. What a bit of paint can do...

Yes Ralph this class of ships built in late 90s are a very attractve ,well balanced cruise liners, very different from the( quoting Mr.DOT )"floating block of Flats".
