Hi John, I'd just like to echo Del's comment. Nice shot of this unusual vessel.
I was wondering why Spain seems to have so many cement carriers, and then put my thinking hat on - Spain is Concrete Central!
Many signs are evident around Spanish resorts saying (en español) 'No more cement!'
