After gasoil loading completion on the berth seen behind, the ship was outbound the channel and collided North side of the swing bridge made it completely destroyed. The ship had a problem with steering, rudder blade was released down on its stock, became unfixed due to bushing weardown and was hinging PS/STBD pushed just by water stream. The bridge was reinstated in 3 years since the accident. Unlucky pilot has been observed onboard in a bit drunk condition, of cause it was just a coincidence.
