John, I think the same, because it's looks real very unstable.

Clyde, thanks for the compliment and a lot of experienced sailors think why in the storm season.

Jardan, in a storm I think it capsize, the insurer is till 5 Beaufort I heard.

Very striking image Willem. I can only think that the barge must be carrying a lot of ballast low down, this looks impossibly unstable otherwise!
