I was equally surprised when I turned by Sugar Quay House to go on the river path and their was a ship right in front of me! Luckily I had the emergency camera in the office ;-)
Best Regards
John J.

Great shots John. I don't remember seeing her due before I went away, so a bit of a surprise, this one. She looks huge and, apart from the regular Silver Cloud, she must one of the largest ships to berth so far upriver.
Cheers
Phil

Nice series John, especially going through the bridge, as you say very unusual but impressive, and similar flag and bunting as the Pauline back in 2007 at Greenwich http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=411423
Kind regards
Ken
