Hi Ilhan,
Sorry I can't help identify the warship.
Re the tug, equasis confirms the Point James was renamed Saint James in 2002, she is now owned in Aliaga. She is listed on lethmastership for her transit on Jan. 20th, but no reference to her tow !

Of course the name of the tug is "Saint James", and on the naval vessel there are maybe the rests of Russian or Bulgarian letters, I'm not sure.
The tug was built in 1972
