Eco Europa was sold in 2011 to a UAE shipping company and her name was Al Mubarakha : mostly was used as storage tanker, I saw her in Fujairah in 2014 with the classic Yokohama fenders. Last year she was sold to an Indian Owner and now her name is Scorpius. Still sailing since 1994.

I was on board in 2001-2002 as 2/O. Good ship, really, except mooring arrangement which was a neverending headache with all oil majoirs. Unfortunately she was sold on June 2011 due to a very bad incident occurred to her sistership, Eco Africa, which undermined so heavily the reputation of her previous owner that they preferred to exit from oil tanker market definitively. Sad but true.
