This shot was taken in Cook Strait or Hauraki Gulf, Gustav Erikson of Finalnd obtained a number of charters from British Phosphate Commissioners to transport guano from Seychelles to NZ in 1930's.

Pamir, Penang and Magdalene Vinnen still around as Sedov also came out on this run.
