I have been in cockatoo dry dock a few times, I am not sure about it, to me it doesnt quite look like Cockatoo but I could be wrong. Cockatoo I think was carved out of rock, plus it was stepped. This looks like metal sides (right hand side) maybe a floating dock like the one in Newcastle or maybe over in New Zealand, Wellington I think. I am not sure. The Duke of Orr was different aslo in Melbourne. I was never in the one in Brisbane (Cairnscross I think) but I dont think its Cockatoo...I spent a month in it once on the Adelaide Co ship the Minkara, just doesnt fit what I remember, especially the stepped down look of a stone carved dock.
