The wreck of PERSIWALD from Viken, Swe. Those Photos was taken in yhe autumn of 1978, today she is totaly broken down after a storm in 1991.Parts from her hull can be found in a Pub at Fårö.

In march 1956 there was a hard snowstorm outside the coast of Gotland. PERSIWALDS owner a woman named Emma Påhlsson, tryed to escape the storm by steering into the strait of Fårösund,
The snowstorm maked it very hard for Emma to find the first (starboard)Lighthouse in the Strait.
When she sight the second (port)lighthouse, she did the misstake to take it on her starboard side.
Under full sails Emma and the three man in her crew stranded between the island Aurgrund and Fårö.They where all saved by the pilots in Fårösund
