Indeed she is not Ralph she is only 20% through her solas upgrade

The FUNCHAL is NOT SOLAS 2010 compliant! Her refit to accomplish the compliancy was never finished.

All are compliant but with reghards to a new company no one knows but they have scheduled arrivals throughout 2013 such as Athena to Cobh

OK so they are now officially out of business. I wasn't sure. Thanks for the update. I think all of CIC's ships are SOLAS 2010 compliant (except for FUNCHAL of course), but I don't know if that will be enough to find them a new operator...

Ralph sorry if I shock you but Classic International Cruises liquidated on December 20th 2012.No one knows what will happen to these ships.I just hope they all find a cruise line willing to take them

Jadran: unfortunately, the ARION has been under arrest at Bar since end September 2012. Classic International Cruises is in serious financial trouble. So, things are not looking good for the ARION...

Now that's a classic ... built 1965 ... still in service & looks very nice and well maintained indeed !
