Thanks to Nektarios, now known to be ex-GENESIS III(3) (Lebanon) ex-STRANTON

Just to note that GJF convinced by photographic evidence that this is indeed ex-STRANTON

Hi David,

yes the same photo I saw of her. According to Miramar she was renamed in 1996 then no further information.

Undated photo of PORT LAÍRGE II at http://www.seatheships.org.uk/gallery/showfull.php?photo=53685
Is this the one you meant, Derek? There are a few differences, but nothing that could not have been changed in the meantime. I believe that the Irish tug was sold to Dragatudo - Dragagens e Aterros Lda of Vila Franca de Xira, Portugal in 2005, but that company seem to have gone out of business (at least their web domain no longer exists) and I cannot confirm whether they actually ever took over the tug. Nevertheless, Stranton still seems the geographically more likely (and I already had "STRANTON?" in my Greek notes against PANAGIA SOUMELA).

Stranton had as last flag Lebanon, and I believe the above is her.

Hart became "Port Lairge II" in 1996 and last photo I have seen in Waterford. I have not been able to trace Stranton so far. But this could still be either?
