In the Tech Data panel above, she is described as a Safety/Standby vessel, but the deck package shown in the photo was installed in Montrose in 1981 and comprised a full oil-well acidising and fracturing stimulation package. She was the first vessel to be permanently stationed in this rôle in the North Sea (based in Montrose). The charter by Dowell Schlumberger was terminated in 1986 when she was replaced by the Big Orange XVIII, and all the equipment was removed.
