Description:

During the early morning of monday January 28, still moored in the open of the Musel-Gijon, with 160.000 tons of iron ore, and as a result of the strong sea of existing fund, led to the displacement of the ship touching bottom and causing water ways in the ballast tanks on the bow which has led to an increase in the stall who counselled to bow ist mooring, was finally authorized their entry into the outer seawall of the port with more stalling, repairs to roads of water. It plans, to unload 83.300 tons in Gijon and the rest for the port of Hamburg in Germany.

A real headache something like that
I believe the explanation in the description tells us it dragged on anchorage because of strong winds/sea and hit then the sea floor which damaged the hull and flooded the ballast tanks in that area.
