Description:
'Louisa' ship moored (laid up under arrest) at Puerto de Santa María (Spain) on 1st, June 2012.
Although the ship was moored in this harbor without apparent movement since 2004, in February 2006 she was arrested (including crew) by the Spanish authorities, accused of violating the archaeological and historical heritage of Spain. Everything points to it being used as a mother ship by a group of treasure hunters.
A board had numerous devices to track and inspect the seabed, some firearms, as well as nautical charts and a lot of documentation on wrecks in the area. There were also stored on board some old cannon balls, anchors and amphorae.
