Description:

Korotan, built in 1960 at Pula and operated by Splosna Plovba of Koper. Now, this was at the end of her life, she was awaiting orders hat Hamburg in late November 1983. She left on the 1st of December'83 for New Mangalore and Bhavnagar, to be scrapped at Alang in February 1984. The ship to the right in the background is the Wameru, better known as Lokoja Palm.

'Norwegian Breakaway' v ' Korotan'...?
'Korotan' wins every time on appearance and style.
But this assessment of mine is based purely on *external* aesthetics.... no other elements are considered.
The only thing they have in common, is that they float, & are constructed from steel.

Still no MacGregor single-pull steel hatch covers on her ... the open hatches are protected with tarpaulin tents !
