Description:

After a long career the Venus lies in the port of Asdod awaiting the start of the crusing season.
The ship having been arrested in Ashdod for non payment of wages in August 2012 was then sold to Turkish investors in November 2012. Turkish travel company Etstur to run cruises from spring 2013!

UPDATE: sad news. She was beached for scrapping at Aliaga, Turkey, on 28/3/'13, just ten days after this shot was taken.
