Arrived Rio de Janeiro 2004, ostensibly for repairs, but converted for commercial charter cruising.
Arrested 2006 by fiscal authorities for illegal importation and under-declaration of custom value. Owner condemned in absentia to 9 years in jail and vessel confiscated. She has since lain at the Arsenal da Marinha at Rio de Janeiro. Plans in 2011 to convert her to a naval training vessel seems to have come to nought.
