Description:

Pictured at anchor off Djakarta, Indonesia on 17/10/1980, with the Shell tanker 'Eburna', IMO 7612175, alongside.
The VLCC 'World Unicorn' was on charter to Pertamina, the Indonesian State owned oil company, for offshore white oil storage duties. Kerosene mostly, I seem to recall.
We took several cargoes from Pulau Bukom, Singapore to this vessel. Steaming time was only 2 or so days but discharge to the larger ship was slow and there was no shore leave.
