Look where Recalada, the Argentinian pilot station for the Rio la Plata is !!!!! Next Argentinian port is 8-10 hrs away !!! This is genius at work a pilot station like that !!! Or does anyone really think that pilot boats can go 8-10 hrs up and down the river to bring pilots dau in and out ?
