Description:

World War Two Polish destroyer BLYSKAWICA which translates as Lightning,seen at Gdynia.Built by Samuel White & Co Ltd.,at Cowes on the Isle of Wight in 1936.Along with her sister ship Grom,she served alongside the Allies with great distinction. I visited her in 1992 and she was in excellent condition.

As far as I know she's the oldest, preserved destroyer on all over the World.
