Johnston Warren Lines' 1950 built SYCAMORE was chartered internally within the Furness Withy Group to Prince Line between 1965 and 1968 and renamed MERCHANT PRINCE. Here she is seen as ELIAS L. passing Portishead, outbound from Sharpness, on the ebb tide of 20th December 1970.
Between 1955 and 1957, she had operated during a charter out as WALSINGHAM
