For the entrance in the dry dock of Brest, there were 3 pilots.
The main pilot in the wheelhouse and one on every edge of the bridge to inform him.

It must be awkward docking a ship with such short bridge-wings, since the pilot must have a very limited ability to judge the distance off the dock while coming alongside. However, I don't suppose a ship of this size comes alongside a dock very often anyway.
